Joan is the pleasant and capable Receptionist you will meet when you enter our office or with whom you will speak when you call on the phone. Serving also as our Administrative Assistant, she is focused on serving as your liaison within our dental practice. Joan is available to help you arrange an appointment, discuss your account, or deal with insurance issues. As she has been trained in relationship management, her main goal is to ensure that your administrative needs as a valued patient are met with a level of excellence.
