Financing

After your initial examination, diagnosis and consultation, we will review with you our recommended treatment plan and its estimated cost. We will also offer alternatives and their costs and a written treatment plan for your review. Occasionally, we may modify the treatment plan and its estimated cost somewhat as therapy progresses. This happens only if additional treatment or changes become necessary. Usually, we will complete the specified procedures for the quoted fee. We only ask that you begin treatment within three months from the date of the presentation and complete treatment within a twelve month period so we may honor the quoted fee.

Insurance

More and more of our patients are covered by dental insurance, and many of their policies differ in requirements and benefits. Dr. Aaronson is a Delta Dental participant. While Dr. Birnbaum is not a Delta Dental participant our office will submit claims on your behalf. Even though we are not participants with other dental insurance companies we will submit claims on your behalf. Payment for services rendered are to be paid at the time of your visit unless arrangements have been previously made. Should an insurance company pay a claim directly to us after you have made payment, you will receive a reimbursement check within 24 hours of the insurance payment. It is important that you check with your insurance company for benefits.

Payment Methods

Our office accepts Mastercard and Visa as well as personal and certified checks. Payment plans are also available upon request.
